Spirit wear will be sold tomorrow, Wednesday, December 15 at drop-off. We will be located in front of the Marquee. T-Shirts & Sweatshirts are available for purchase. You can pay by Cash, Paypal, or Venmo.

LAST CALL FOR HERO! This time, it's for real!!!

Dear WHECES Families,


It's been a fun run but it's now time for the HERO campaign to conclude. "Conclude"? You mean it's not over yet? Sure, I said the last day for donations was December 5th but why quit while we're ahead? We had a great amount of support last week but I know we can get some more donations which is why I'm extending the HERO campaign ONE LAST TIME (I promise!!!) to Sunday, December 12th. Besides, I have so many HERO shirts left....I just had to extend it. We still haven't hit the 100% participation mark but we are sooooooo close!! Here are the rankings as of today per classroom:

In case you might have missed it, here are the details:

ANY donation gets each child who attends WHECES a HERO shirt, facemask, hand sanitizer, and car magnet (car magnet is 1 per family). That's right.... ANY AMOUNT!;

  1. Donations of $750 and above gets your child the aforementioned PLUS one (1) yearbook, one (1) name on the Birthday Marquee AND their name (or the family's name) on school banner outside the auditorium;

  2. If you are a 5th-grade family AND you made your full commitment to the 5th-Grade fund AND you donate $499 or less to HERO, your child will receive the items listed in #1;

  3. If you are a 5th-grade family AND you made your full commitment to the 5th-Grade fund AND you donate $500 or more to HERO, your child will receive the items listed in #2;

  4. If you donated $750 (or $500 for 5th-grade families who committed to the 5th-grade fund) and wish to have a corporate banner, it'll be $100 (each additional banner is $450).

The top classes (one from TK-2 and one from 3-5) will receive:


One (1) free scoop of ice cream from Cup and Cone

Donations can be made in one lump sum or in installments via Paypal by going to: https://www.mypatt.org/hero-campaign

Donations can also be made via VENMO in one lump sum only to PATT-Team (please list "HERO" and your child's name/teacher name in the comments section).

The ABSOLUTE LAST DAY for donations will be Sunday, December 12th.

ALSO, adult facemasks are available for only $10!! Get yours via VENMO at PATT-Team (please include your child's name/classroom and "HERO MASK" in the comments).


All HERO merchandise will be delivered to your child's classroom within 1-2 business days.
